We offer child, youth, couples, and family therapy via telehealth, in office, or community setting. Our therapists possess integrative and adaptive styles of therapy but typically incorporate Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Trauma Focused-CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), person-centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Systemic Family Therapies.
